Poster has export plug-ins for iPhoto and Aperture, which you can download here:

Installing

After downloading, double-click the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the plug-ins.

Exporting from iPhoto

1. In iPhoto choose File > Export from the menu and select the Poster tab.
2. Select the account to use and any other options and click Export.
3. Poster will launch with the exported images.

Exporting from Aperture

1. In Aperture, choose File > Export > Poster from the menu.
2. Select the account to use and choose the image size to export.
3. Poster will launch with the exported images.
