Trying and Buying Keep It for Mac

There are two ways to pay for Keep It for Mac: either with a single payment, or with a monthly or yearly subscription. Whichever you choose, you can first try Keep It free for up to 15 days.

Keep It 1.x users can also buy a discounted upgrade license to get all Keep It 2.x versions.

When purchasing Keep It directly from Reinvented Software, you may only buy a full or upgrade license. In addition to these options, the Mac App Store version also offers a choice of subscriptions.

Family Sharing

Note that you will only be able to use Family Sharing with Keep It purchases from the Mac App Store if your Mac is running macOS 11.0 Big Sur or later.

Keep It for iPad and iPhone is always a separate purchase to Keep It for Mac, and you can only use Family Sharing on iOS and iPadOS 14.2 and later.

Buying

When you purchase either a full license for Keep It 2.x for Mac, or an upgrade from Keep It 1.x:

NOTE: If you have ever had a subscription for Keep It for Mac, you will no longer be offered the choice to buy the app on the Mac App Store — this is to prevent paying for the app twice, as the Mac App Store hasn't always restored purchases reliably. You can still buy Keep It directly from Reinvented Software.

Subscriptions

When you download Keep It from the Mac App Store, the app will offer the choice to either "Buy" or "Subscribe".

The "Buy" options are explained above. In addition, Keep It offers a choice of monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Keep It for Mac, and Keep It for iPad and iPhone are always sold separately – there is no combo subscription.

Other Differences

There are no functional differences between Keep It for Mac when purchased from Reinvented Software or downloaded from the Mac App Store.
