Share Extension & Import View

The Share extension and Import view have been redesigned to have a cleaner appearance when adding web links.
The tags and comments fields will now wrap for up to five lines.
Show the comments field by clicking the options button when adding web links or files.
When adding multiple files, up to ten of those file names will be listed individually.
When adding a file to a new note or editable text file, the new item will be named after the attachment.
Fixed an issue where the same file could be added multiple times before the import is started.

Markdown

Fixed an issue where the Insert Image Link panel could appear incorrect after successfully searching for an item then switching back to URL mode.

Web Pages

The Share item will be included in the contextual menu for web links and web archives.

Shortcuts

Keep It actions will appear in Spotlight on macOS 26 Tahoe.
The âAdd Textâ and âAppend Textâ actions can now accept rich text.

AppleScript

The âexportâ command now has an âinclude metadataâ option, which will only be used when exporting the All Items list.
When exporting the All Items list, the name of the exported folder will be âKeep It Exportâ to match the behavior when exporting from within the app.
