Keep It Terms of Use

Apple Standard EULA

When Keep It is downloaded from the Mac App Store, the app is subject to Appleā€™s standard end user license agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions

Keep It may be used with a Paid Subscription. Paid Subscriptions are managed by Apple; see Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for the appropriate terms and conditions for your country.

Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings. You will be notified by Apple if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue. You will be charged no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the latest Paid Subscription period.

Paid Subscriptions may offer a free trial prior to charging your payment method. If you decide to unsubscribe from a Paid Subscription before Apple starts charging your payment method, cancel the subscription no later than 24-hours before the free trial ends.

One-Time Purchases

Keep It for Mac offers one-time purchases as an alternative to a recurring subscription. These purchases will provide access to all updates for a particular major version. For example, if you choose "Buy Keep It v1.x" you will be able to use all v1.x releases at no extra charge. When Keep It version 2.0 is released, you will be given a choice to upgrade at a discount, or continue using the last v1.x release by downloading it from the Reinvented Software web site at no charge. Free upgrades will be automatically provided to those who purchased the previous version within a particular period prior to the release of the new major version.
