Changes

General

  • Together is now Intel only and requires Mac OS X 10.6 and later.
  • Together now uses a new format for its library file, a file package that contains all the supporting files (indexes, etc).
  • Added an option to the Text section of Previews preferences to use Quick Look to preview non-RTF and plain text files instead of show an editable preview.
  • Added an option to Shelf preferences to change the Quick Note font size.
  • The current page of PDF files is now remembered.
  • The tab close button is now only shown when the mouse moves over the tab.
  • Search results are now updated when moving or removing items.
  • New monochrome group icon.

Lion-Specific Changes

  • Added full screen button to the Library window and an equivalent View menu item.
  • The Shelf now uses overlay scrollbars.
  • Added an option to Shelf preferences to show the Shelf in full screen apps. The Shelf is hidden in full screen apps by default.
  • Added the ability to show a Quick Look preview of a text attachment in notes and text documents using the attachment's contextual menu.
  • In Lion, notes and text documents now use a find bar for finding and replacing text, instead of the Find panel.
  • When the "Highlight search text in previews" Advanced preference is enabled, the find bar will be shown while searching for notes and text documents and the highlighted text will be more noticeable.

General Fixes

  • Fixed a problem where the password field would not have focus when decrypting items.
  • Fixed a problem where the library window would not be shown if hidden when an item or group link used in another application.
  • Together now only shows indexing progress for a full index rebuild, not incremental updates.

Lion-Specific Fixes

  • Fixed a hang that could occur when importing from other apps.
  • Fixed a performance problem showing / hiding the tag browser find bar.
  • Fixed a problem where the encryption password panel would be laid out incorrectly.
  • Fixed a problem where the tag browser find field would have focus before being animated.
  • Fixed a problem dragging favorites.
  • Fixed a problem where groups and tags could not be dragged by their names.
  • Improved the appearance of the image used for dragged items and item links.
