
Scrappy for iPhone and iPad Support

Trying Scrappy
Scrappy is available in the App Store, and requires a subscription. All Scrappy subscriptions include a two week free trial for new subscribers. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at any time up to 24 hours before the trial ends:
- Open this link to go your Account Settings in the App Store
- Tap Scrappy
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm
Scrappy subscriptions are universal; you do not need to repeat the process on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
Get In Touch
The best way to request support for Scrappy is from within the app:
- Tap the gear icon above the Lists view on iPhone or sidebar on iPad
- Tap Help
- Tap Get in Touch
This will attach log files that are vital for diagnosing all kinds of issues.
If you are unable to send a support request from within the app, you can also email .
Generally you should expect a reply to a support request within 1 - 2 working days. If you do not, make sure to check your junk / spam folders.
