
Scrappy for Mac Support

Scrappy provides comprehensive and searchable help files, which you can see by choosing Help > Scrappy Help from the main menu.
Trying Scrappy
Scrappy is available from the Mac App Store only, and requires a subscription. All Scrappy subscriptions include a two week free trial for new subscribers. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at any time up to 24 hours before the trial ends:
- Click here to go your Account Settings in the App Store
- Click Scrappy
- Click Cancel Subscription, then confirm
Scrappy subscriptions are universal; you do not need to repeat the process on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.

Get In Touch
If you're experiencing problems or can’t find an answer here or in the Help files, please request support from within the app:
- Choose Help > Scrappy Support from the menu
- Click Get In Touch
If you are using the Mail app, that will attach log files that are vital for diagnosing all kinds of issues. If you use a different app for email, you can attach the files as follows:
- Choose Help > Save Log Files from the menu
- Attach the Logs.zip file to the email
If you are unable to send a support request from within the app, you can also email and attach the log files manually, as explained above.
Generally you should expect a reply to a support request within 1 - 2 working days. If you do not, make sure to check your junk / spam folders.
