- Fixed an issue where progress shown may not be for the correct item when viewing successive items whose files are yet to be downloaded.
- Adding files such as Mail plug-ins to Keep It in the Finder will now be blocked as this cannot be supported. Add the files directly to Keep It instead with drag and drop or by choosing File > Add Files from the menu.

Items
- On macOS 13 and later, add photos or videos from your Photos library as standalone items by clicking + and choosing Photos or Videos from the menu shown, or by choosing File > Add Photos or Videos from the main menu.
- When multiple items selected, press the spacebar to show a Quick Look preview (not Compact Mode), or choose Item > Quick Look from the menu.
- Added an “Only share note names to Reminders” option to Advanced settings to make it easier to share a reminder that only links to the note with a Keep It icon.
- Fixed an issue where an item on screen that is renamed via an iCloud change wouldn’t automatically refresh to show the latest content.
Lists
- Confirmation will no longer be requested before moving empty folders to Deleted Items, or when removing empty bundles, labels or saved searches. Confirmation will always be shown for shared folders.
- When choosing to show the Unfiled or No Label lists, the list will be selected.
- The Recents list icon is now tinted green.
Imports
- The Share extension and Import view now show a folder icon when importing a single folder, and a multiple document icon when importing more than one file.
- The last used settings will now be remembered when saving web links. This can be disabled in Import Settings.
Notes
- When exporting notes as HTML, image and PDF attachments that are shown as icons in Keep It will be shown as links.
- Fixed an issue where attachments that are neither images nor PDFs would not be included correctly in exported HTML.
Notes & Rich Text
- On macOS 13 and later, attach one or more photos or videos from your Photos library by choosing Format > Attach Photos or Videos from the menu or by clicking the Media button in the editing window toolbar.
- Fixed an issue where the Remove button could be shown when inserting a new link to an list, item or URL.
Markdown
- When inserting a link to an item, choose “Link to file” to insert a relative path to the chosen item’s file.
- Insert an relative path to a Keep It item’s file by choosing “Item” from the “URL” pop-up in the Insert Image Link panel and searching for the image item to insert.
Notes, Rich Text & Markdown
- The format bar is now centred in editing windows.
Plain Text
- Set display margins to small, medium or large using the Text > Display Margins menu.
Finder Integration
- On macOS 13 and later unsupported items such as aliases and symbolic links will not be added to Keep It’s library, but will remain in place (on macOS 12 they will be immediately deleted).
General
- Export a standard bookmarks HTML file by choosing Keep It > Library > Export Bookmarks from the menu. The HTML file will include all web links stored in Keep It, preserving the folder hierarchy and any tags. Optionally choose to include the source URLs for web archives and PDFs too.
