Notes
- Paste Markdown as formatted text by choosing Paste as Markdown from the text editing menu.
- Improvements when converting Markdown files to notes.
- Links in notes are now underlined by default. Disable this in note settings.
Items List
- The duration shown in the summary for media files is now more descriptive and localised.
Search
- When text recognition is enabled, it will now always be performed in the system language, if supported by iOS, and any other supported preferred languages.
- When filtering tags, the item count in the navigation bar will now reflect this, as it already did for search results. This matches the behavior on Mac.
- Tap or right-click chosen search suggestions to modify them.
- When using the “contents:” keyword, a suggestion will be shown with the current search text.
- Searching no longer prompts iCloud activity.
- When navigating back to Lists view on iPhone, the current search is now cleared.
Library Settings
- Irrelevant settings are now hidden depending on your iCloud settings.
- Improved the progress view displayed when downloading all items before disabling iCloud.
- The Manage Subscriptions button has moved to the Help view.

- Ensured images are only shown in the main menu when necessary.
- Fixed an issue with the position of the note and rich text format popovers.

- Added support for Siri to open items in Keep It.
- Added support for Siri to create and update notes in Keep It.
Shortcuts
- Find items based on configurable filters, including more flexibility when matching items by their names and dates in particular, and the ability to sort the results. This replaces the old “Find Items” action, which is now named “Get Items (Legacy)” and will be removed in a future release.
- New Get Items in Folder action supplements the new Find items query by allowing you to specify whether or not to include items in nested folders and bundles. Find Items will only match the specified folder, if any.
- Find lists based on configurable filters. This allows for more flexible matching for names, can match colors, and return all kinds of lists. The old “Find Folders” and “Find Bundles” actions will be removed in a future release.
- Find labels by their name or color. This action replaces the old “Find Labels” action, which will be removed in a future release.
- Specify a color when creating a folder or bundle.
- Actions are now grouped by category in the Shortcuts app.

- Files that are too large to be stored in iCloud will be reported as errors when saving to iCloud.
- Fixed an issue where no error would be shown when files that are too large to be stored in iCloud are added or modified in the Files app or within other apps.
